Subprocessors

To operate the messaging service on behalf of independent used-car dealerships, Lead Torque LLC uses the third-party providers ("subprocessors") listed below. Each processes personal data only to provide its part of the service, under contracts that limit use to providing the service. This list may change as the service evolves; this page reflects our current providers.

Facebook and Messenger messaging channel — delivery and receipt of messages. United States

Network and secure ingress for our application. United States
OpenRouter
Message content is not used to train models. OpenRouter routes requests to underlying model providers, which may retain data for limited periods under their standard terms (for example, Anthropic retains inputs and outputs for 30 days) for abuse monitoring and legal compliance. United States
Anthropic
Underlying AI model — generates message responses via OpenRouter. United States

We do not use message content to train AI models, and we do not share it for product improvement. Underlying model providers may retain data for limited periods under their standard terms (for example, Anthropic retains inputs and outputs for 30 days) for abuse monitoring and legal compliance, as described in their policies.

Changes to this list

We may add or replace subprocessors as the service changes. The current list is maintained on this page.
