Data Deletion Instructions

Effective date: June 30, 2026

You can request deletion of the personal information Lead Torque LLC processes about you. This page explains how, consistent with Meta's data-deletion requirements and applicable privacy laws.

How to request deletion

Email eabass@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion" and include:

• the phone number and/or email address used in the conversation;
• the dealership you were messaging with (if known);
• your Facebook/Messenger name, if the conversation was on Messenger; and
• a brief statement that you want your data deleted.

We will verify the request and delete or de-identify your information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain records by law. Because we act as a service provider to dealerships, we may coordinate the deletion with the dealership that controls your data.

Deleting Facebook / Messenger data

If you contacted a dealership through Facebook Messenger, the conversation is tied to your Facebook user (a page-scoped ID). To have that data removed, email us as above and we will delete the message content and associated identifiers from our systems. You can also remove the conversation in Messenger and manage connected businesses from your Facebook account settings.

Opting out of texts

To stop receiving SMS messages immediately, reply STOP to any message. Opting out stops further texts; you can separately request deletion of stored data using the steps above.
