SMS & Messaging Consent

This page describes the text-messaging program operated by Lead Torque LLC on behalf of independent used-car dealerships, and your consent and choices.

Program description

When you contact a participating dealership about a vehicle, you may receive text messages (SMS/MMS) related to your inquiry — replies to your questions, vehicle and pricing information, appointment and visit confirmations, and sales follow-ups. Messages are sent by the dealership through Lead Torque and may be generated or assisted by AI. Dealership staff or Lead Torque personnel may review, monitor, or take over a conversation where appropriate.

How you opt in

You opt in when you give your phone number to the dealership and agree to receive text messages about your inquiry — for example, on a form or sign that discloses text messaging, in a Marketplace or Messenger conversation, or by replying to a message to continue the conversation. Simply providing a phone number for another purpose is not, by itself, consent to receive marketing texts. Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency, rates, and help

Message frequency varies based on your conversation. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, START to opt back in, and HELP for help. You can also email eabass@gmail.com for assistance.

Vehicle information & pricing

Vehicle availability, pricing, taxes, fees, financing terms, trade-in estimates, and appointment times are provided by the dealership, may change, and are subject to dealership confirmation. Messages are for general information and do not create a binding offer or a guarantee of approval, price, or availability.

Privacy

We do not sell your personal data, and mobile information — including your phone number and SMS consent — is never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy for details.
